Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the re3 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the re3 platform.
These Terms apply to all platform users, including those who browse the site, register an account, make deposits, or use any of re3's services — including Sports Betting, table games, lottery, or any other offerings.
Re3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register and use re3's services, you must:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
- Be a resident or national who is legally eligible to use online betting services
- Never previously been suspended or banned from using the re3 platform
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. re3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by another party. You must notify re3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual may result in all accounts being suspended without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the re3 platform, you agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to access re3 systems without authorisation or disrupting the normal functioning of the platform
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or bets
- Colluding with other users to exploit platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Transferring or selling a re3 account to another party
- Transmitting or distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content through the platform
Re3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts without refunding any balance associated with the violation.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Deposits
All transactions on the re3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local online banking and e-wallets available in Malaysia. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in your account's deposit section.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the re3 account holder. Withdrawals typically take between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Inactive Funds
Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or betting) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as determined from time to time. re3 will notify users via their registered email before any fee is applied.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Re3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary maintenance downtime, or events beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Re3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if:
- The user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Registration information found to be false or incomplete
- There are indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Suspension request received from a law enforcement agency
Intellectual Property
All content on the re3 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of re3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission from re3.
Governing Law, Third-Party Links & Term Changes
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the re3 platform will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
Third-Party Links
The re3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. re3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Re3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via registered email or a notice on the website at least 7 days before any material changes take effect.
